My coaching approach focuses on helping women achieve their goals and enhance their overall well-being by utilizing structured tools and support as they go through menopause or perimenopause. It differs from psychotherapy in that it is not designed to diagnose or treat mental health conditions, but rather to support individuals in achieving their desired outcomes and personal growth.

Coaching generally focuses on the present and future, rather than exploring past traumas or unresolved issues, which are the main focus of psychotherapy. I’m here to walk by your side on a daily basis through this era of your life.
